Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Slovenian and EU consumer protection regulations.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used shampoos, conditioners, hair masks, treatments, styling products, or other cosmetic products.
- Products with broken safety seals or tamper-evident packaging.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
These restrictions do not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied products.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order:

Please include:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return (optional)
We will provide instructions for returning the goods.
Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the goods have been shipped back to us, whichever occurs first.
Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than our standard shipping option are not refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the product and packaging where possible.
Upon verification, we will offer one of the following remedies:
- Replacement product
- Repair (where applicable)
- Full refund
All remedies are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
